Can I find your products locally?
We’d love to offer our products at a store near you; if you own or know of a shop that might be interested in stocking our products please get in touch with us at shop(at)humbleraja.com.
I just completed my order - when will I receive my package?
We wish we could teleport packages, but until then we’re relying on the United States Postal Service and Canada Post. All of our orders are ready to ship the next day; If you selected a tracked shipping option you will receive a tracking number by email and will be able to check its progress online.
International orders can take much longer due to customs delays and inspections. Customs duties may apply to your package, which is unfortunately out of our control. It’s best to check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
How much is shipping for my order?
As soon as you insert your country and postal/zip code at the checkout page, your shipping calculations will magically appear. In some cases, you may have shipping options, but we prefer to send our packages with tracking.
Do you ship to my country?
If you can find your country on the list at checkout, we will surely ship to you. If not, email us at shop(at)humbleraja.com (perhaps we’ll employ some friendly pirates to get your package to you).
How will my package arrive?
For decks, coasters and the like, you will receive them safely packed in strong cardboard boxes. If your order contains less fragile objects, such as a set of trivets, we ship these in a mailing envelope. As for the posters, these are carefully rolled and shipped in rigid cardboard tubes.
If you order a poster and a set of cards, these shipments will likely arrive as separate packages; you’ll tracking numbers for both shipments if you selected tracked shipping.
Oh dear, my order arrived damaged.
We do our best to make sure this scenario is highly unlikely by packing all of our products with great care and love (as an overprotective parent might). In the case that your package took a rough ride to get to you, send us a quick email at shop(at)humbleraja.com and we’ll sort something out for you.
Lost / stolen deliveries - where is my package?
After your order leaves our warehouse, your package is in the hands of a trusted delivery service so Humble Raja can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, we recommend contacting your local post office or the parcel carrier for assistance.
Is it safe to shop on this site?
Yes it is. We have implemented Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on our checkout process so your information is safe; once your order is processed, your payment details will not be kept on our servers. The payment itself is handled by Stripe, a widely-trusted payment platform that securely handles your information.
Do we disclose any information to 3rd parties?
Not at all. We do not sell, trade or provide any of your personal information to 3rd parties.
